- Safety and abuse — Urgent safety concerns, harassment, anything involving a member aged 16-17.

CityBridge is a small team building in public. We publish no company details, postal address or phone number, and these mailboxes are the only ways to reach us.
In an emergency
Contact your local emergency services first. CityBridge cannot provide emergency assistance and cannot reach anyone on your behalf.
Appeals
If your account or content is actioned and you believe that was wrong, write from the address on the account and tell us what you want reviewed. Appeal status tracking is planned and not built yet.
