We are a small team, and safety mail is read first. If you have an account, reporting inside the app is faster than email because it attaches the member and the content automatically.
CityBridge is currently in early beta. Real account creation is available, real accounts use the CityBridge Cloud backend, and the community is still small and growing.
Where to write
- Safety and abuse — Urgent safety concerns, harassment, anything involving a member aged 16-17.

In an emergency
Contact your local emergency services first. CityBridge cannot provide emergency assistance and cannot reach anyone on your behalf.
Appeals
If your account or content is actioned and you believe that was wrong, write from the address on the account and tell us what you want reviewed. Appeal status tracking is planned and not built yet.
