Yes. CityBridge is in early beta and real account creation is open: sign up with an email address and password or with Google, then complete your profile. The community is still small, so you may be among the first members in your area.

People aged 16 and older. Sign-up asks for a date of birth and blocks anyone under 16. Your birthday and exact age are never shown to other members.

Members aged 16–17 form a separate pool: adults and 16–17 members cannot discover, view, connect with, message or invite one another. Accounts aged 16–17 keep exact city and distance hidden by default, and their events use the Ages 16–17 audience.

Browse and filter Discover, send connection requests with a personal note, find and host events with search, filters, details and calendar export, chat, receive notifications, and report or block anyone who makes you uncomfortable.

Planned for later: self-service data export, self-service verification, and communities.

Because the age rule depends on it. A mistyped date needs a correction request handled by the team rather than a self-service edit.

From shared interests, overlapping connection goals, shared languages, and proximity or time-zone closeness. Every card can show a “Why this match?” breakdown listing the exact reasons behind its number.

The badge can only be granted manually by the CityBridge team and is never automatic. A self-service verification process is planned for later, so few members have it during the beta. It never implies someone is safe to meet.

Settings has both options: deactivate your account to hide it, or delete it permanently. Deletion signs you out everywhere and removes your sign-in, profile, birth date, photos, interests, connections, requests, RSVPs, notifications, blocks and comments. Messages you sent stay in the other person's chat as "Message deleted"; upcoming events you host with guests are cancelled and guests are told; past events and posts others replied to stay without your name. Reports you filed are kept without your name, safety reports about an account are kept for 12 months, and a dated record of the deletion is kept. Data export is planned — email us for a copy.
